Biographical Info
Most of my work is in geometric
analysis. Recently I became interested in computational geometry and topology. I was a postdoc at
Duke (2005-2008) and at the
University of Warwick
in the UK (2008-2009)
before coming to Tennessee in the Fall of 2009.
I completed my PhD thesis in 2005 at
Cornell under the direction of Jose Escobar and Richard Schoen.
I have been a visiting researcher at the following institutions:
IMPA in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
(2003-2004, and summers of 2010, 2011 and 2012); CMM at the University of Chile in
Santiago, Chile (2012); AEI at the Max Planck Institute in Golm, Germany (2009); EFI
at the University of Chicago, IL (summer 2007); and Stanford,
CA (2004-2005).
